A damage deposit of AUD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2.2% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that extra bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them at the property Please note that when booking for 2 guests, you will have access to 1 bedroom only. When booking for 4 guests you will have access to 2 bedrooms only. When booking for 6 guests you will have access to all 3 bedrooms.
