If you or your guests do smoke, please ensure that you do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts in the red-lid wheelie bin in the garage. If cigarette smoke is detected in the apartment, or the key/garage remote is lost, a $300 fee applies per item. Additional cleaning fees starting from $100 apply if the house requires additional cleaning (dishes, bbq cleaning, carpet cleaning etc).
