This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property is located in a quiet, residential street. The property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 22:00. Please let the property know your expected time of arrival, email address and mobile phone number, using the special request box when booking or using the contact details found on the booking confirmation as check-in details and door entry code will be sent to guests at 14:00 on the day of your arrival. In the case of same day bookings, the door entry code will be sent to guests within 30 minutes of the property receiving guest confirmations and once payment is successfully made and Photo ID provided by sms. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Photo ID is required to be provided prior to check-in. This can be done via SMS or email using the contact details on the booking confirmation. The Bright House is a non-smoking property. If you or your guests do smoke, please ensure that you do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts in the red-lid wheelie bin in the garage. If cigarette smoke is detected in the apartment, or the key/garage remote is lost, a $300 fee applies per item. Additional cleaning fees starting from $100 apply if the house requires additional cleaning (dishes, bbq cleaning, carpet cleaning etc).
