"Disabled elder lady, alone scared."

They put me in this room in the very back next to a busy road. I can hear people walking by. I’m an elderly woman by myself. They wouldn’t even let me take my stuff to my room on the cart without moving my car into an area where I could barely walk to get my suitcase, I was tripping. The whole idea was I am disabled. Yes, there were other people that needed to be checked in, but they gave me the crappy room out in the middle of nowhere like I said, I’m an elderly woman by myself and disabled. I showed them my disabled placard for my car and everything, I keep it in my purse. This is the worst experience ever I’m terrified people walking outside my window. I can’t sleep.

Property Description
Centrally located two story Spainish style hotel with courtyards and gardens. California Suites is 10 minutes away from all major attractions, shopping and beautiful beaches. All rooms are well appointed with a microwave and mini refrigerator. We offer an extended continental breakfast buffet featuring cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, danish, assorted muffins,toast, juices, cappuccino,hot chocolate and regular coffee.

We offer the chance to conserve water by allowing our guest to choice whether or not we change the linen and the towels on a daily basis.
