Located in the heart of Australia’s premium wine country, only a mere 2hr drive from Sydney.Tuscany Wine Estate is home to 38 rooms, The Mill Restaurant and Brokenback bar offering you two different dining experiences whilst providing you with 180° uninterrupted views of the vineyards and Brokenback ranges, this is wine country at its best!Our rooms are divided up between the Olive Grove rooms which overlook our dam area, swimming pool and young olive trees which can sleep up to 5 guests.The Vineyard view rooms are at the top of our property and offer guests a perfect outlook over the vineyards and can accommodate 2 guests per room in the comfortable queen size ensemble.The Mill Restaurant offers a fine dining experience for groups of 10 to 150. Our executive Chef Emilio Llausas offers a Modern Australian menu to suit the authentic Hunter Valley view; focusing on fresh quality produce we can work with you to develop a menu specific to your group’s requirements.The Brokenback bar offers a casual dining experience with tapas banquet & BBQ style menus as well as extensive beverages available.If it’s a BBQ you are after we offer either a create-your-own style menu or our chef can cook for you and your guests on our terrace whilst you relax.Whatever the dining experience you are looking for Tuscany has it covered. We have a variety of conference spaces available to suit your particular style and numbers. The Conservatory is our Tuscan style room with stunning French doors opening out to our rose garden and dam area. This space lends itself to intimate dinners and small conferences of up to 30 guests and gives you the feeling you are not in a corporate setting at all.The Fountain View Room, located opposite our restaurant and bar is the perfect space for a conference, product launch or team building. With ample natural light and contemporary style, this space is sure to impress and can seat up to 125 guests in a theatre style setting.We can easily arrange team building and day trips with many activities such as cooking schools; golf, horse riding and hot air ballooning located close by.Here at Tuscany Wine Estate Resort we pride ourselves on creating personalised packages for each of our functions and work with you to create menus and activities that will ensure each of your guests walk away after an unforgettable and heart warming experience.
