The rooms, while small, are stylish, comfortable and well appointed and all have Foxtel. The motel is set amid tropical surroundings has a beautiful saltwater pool and spa, a communal kitchen and barbeque, a gym and a guest laundry.Parap has a delightful village atmosphere which appeals to foodies, art lovers and shoppers alike. It is close to many tourist attractions such as the Parap Saturday Markets, the Mindil Beach Sunset Markets, the Skycity Casino, the Botanical Gardens and Crocodylus Park. Also nearby are tennis courts, the golf course and the Sailing and Trailer Boat Clubs. The Darwin CBD is a short drive from the motel as is the Darwin International and Domestic Airport.Within the complex is Bogarts's Bar and Grill, one of the Northern Territory's iconic establishments.
