•Cough/Sneeze Guard at front desk for protection of staff and guests•Frequent sanitising of common areas, door handles, lifts etc. Done every 4 hours•Gymnasium closed until restrictions are lifted•All room keys sanitised before handing to guests, along with front desk pens and regular contactable items•Hand sanitiser available at front desk at all times•1.5m social distance signs displayed and reinforced by our staff•Housekeeping services done once a week only to minimise contact. Guests are to stay on their balcony or be out of the room when HSK staff are present•Room sanitising and full cleaning completed during this weekly service•Disposable gloves and masks are available for any staff/guest to use if/when required•Room service for meals – left at the door if preferred•No staff attend work if they are even slightly unwell, Doctor’s Certificates/clearance are mandatory for any health related staff absence
